The only thing saiyans have in their favor is a few super souls that activate only when transforming to super saiyan. PU is a great transformation for hybrid builds that want to mix basic attack and strike or ki supers, and is still really powerful for focused builds. You don't get any of the ki regen nerfs the SSJ transformations get, and you don't spend any stamina like Kaioken does. I use it on my own namek cac and it's great.Īnd to give you more info about it, PU is as good as a Super Saiyan 2 in terms of melee damage, and stronger than SSJ3 in ki blast super damage (just a little bit weaker than Super vegeta 2 in that department).

When you say namekians have no binary transformations and only Giant, yet you say Buu clan and Frieza clan get these binary transformations, do you know that nameks can also use Kaioken and Potential unleashed? And as such, if you pit PU against the other transformations, it's the most versatile as it's pretty much a free transformation with absolutely no drawbacks. Giant form is very obviously geared towards a strike build Namekian, so I sermise that Red Eyed Namekian be more of a ki boosting awoken form.Īt the very least that's my opinion, let me know what you guys think. Seeing as how there is an obvious difference between SSJ, Super Vegeta and Future Saiyan, there should also be a stat difference between Red Eyed and Giant Form. This form appeared in "Dragonball Online" and is supposedly comperable to SSJ.
What I am proposing is a alternate awoken skill for Namekians called "Red Eyed Namekian". I totally get why Giant Namekians got nerfed, and I think it's a very appropriate function for this transform. Namekians on the other hand do not have a binary transform, they get "Giant Form" which has a significant stamina drain (for more or less obvious reasons). Saiyans obviously are not the only race with binary transformations, Frieza race, humans, and Buu's all have binary transforms. Saiyans get six different transformations (SSJ1/2/3, Super Vegeta1/2, and Future Saiyan) not including the three Kaiokens and Unlocked Potential, and they're all more or less binary transformations (when they're on they're on until they are manually turned off). So I noticed something kida funky while playing the game.
